Q. Registration starts at 7:45 a.m. Do I have to be there at that time to register?
A. No, the registration table will be available for people to register starting at 7:45 a.m., but you can register later in the day if desired.

Q. If I pre-register (register by February 1, 2005), do I need to go to the registration table the day of the conference?
A. You should go directly to the “pre-registered” section to pick up your conference badge.

Q. If I leave the conference area during the day, will I have to pay again when I return?
A. No, as long as you have registered, you may leave the conference area and return as you please.

Q. Who is sponsoring this conference?
A. The conference is sponsored by the Association for African American Historical Research and Preservation (AAAHRP), a Washington State-registered nonprofit historical organization.

Q. If I have additional questions about the conference, who can I call?
A. Please call AAAHRP at 206-547-5394. Do not call MOHAI, they will just refer you to AAAHRP.
